About
Cynthia recently graduated with two degrees Music Industry and Mass Communication after only three years from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
Cynthia was born in Westchester, New York. She started singing at age 4 and started professional piano and voice lessons when she was 12, at the Harrison School of Music. She has since studied voice with many coaches, including Broadway actors Craig Schulman and Colby Thomas. She is known for her ability to perform a wide variety of genres including pop, rock, jazz, musical theatre and classic vocal literature. She has participated in Singer/Songwriter Showcases at the Black Oak Tavern, Rock Combo, Concert Choir and Performance Practice Workshop.
In addition to performing in theatrical productions, including the regional premiere of Stefanie Zadravec’s Colony Collapse, Romeo and Juliet and Honk!, she has done backstage work including sound design for The Shadow Box, costume crew for Eurydice, and costume design for a traveling outdoor production of Much Ado About Nothing.
She is currently looking for a temporary job before she leaves for the Disney College Program in January 2020.
